Convex Scale Grip
The convex scale protrusions has a progressive pattern, being larger on the lead hand grip progressing to smaller sizes on the trail hand grip.
Design: Jucie, inc. The grip design is rare globally, seamless and free of parting lines, and precisely engineered with 3D CAD. All-weather design.
Ergonomic Design
The upper area of the grip, requires a larger amount of pressure applied due to the lead hand position, it is designed with more prominent protrusions in clockwise positioning and counterclockwise directions for the left and right sides, respectively.
The grip force applied has ergonomical designs to enhance these pressures and maintain stability.
Dragon Scale Shapes
The scaly protrusions are designed to bite into the palm utilizing 3D CAD design with curves on each section, measuring 0.42mm in height on the upper area and 0.38mm gaps between protrusions.
The trapezoidal wedge shape of each protrusion prevents the grip from sliipping in the hand through impact, and reducing twisting through the impact zone.
Ribbed vs. Round Golf Grips
Ribbed Grips:
A ribbed grip has a small ridge running along the bottom. This ridge provides tactile feedback, helping golfers ensure consistent hand placement. It's especially useful for maintaining proper grip alignment throughout your swing.
Round Grips:
Round grips lack this ridge, offering a uniform shape. They allow for versatile hand positioning, catering to golfers who prefer flexibility in their grip.
The core size "58" (0.580") or "60" (0.600") refers to the INSIDE diameter of the grip and typically does not affect the outside diameter. The difference in feel between the 58 (0.580") and 60 (0.600") grip core sizes is usually very subtle and may not be noticeable to most golfers. However, if you install a 58 grip on a 0.600" shaft, the grip will stretch slightly more, making it feel a bit thicker compared to a 60 core grip on the same shaft.
Choosing a grip size that closely matches your shaft's butt diameter is generally the best approach, but ultimately it depends on the golfer's personal preference for feel, comfort, and performance.
