Processing Time

  • Orders are typically shipped within 1~5 business days after confirmation.
  • Please note, we do not ship on weekends and holidays.

International Shipping Rates
(Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Austria, Iceland, New Zealand, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom )

  • Canada: Orders up to $99 incur a $20 shipping fee. Orders of $100 and over have a reduced shipping fee of $10 USD.

  • United Kindgom, EU, South Korea, Taiwan: Shipping is $30 for orders up to $119, and $25 for orders of $120 and above.

  • USA: Shipping is $10 for orders up to $50. Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping.

Customs and Duties

  • For purchases made from outside the country, import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Dragon Golf does not cover these charges.

Cancellations and Exchanges

  • Once your order is confirmed, we cannot accept cancellations or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Defective or Damaged Products

  • If your product arrives defective, damaged, or if there's a shipping error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Eligible issues will be addressed with a replacement of the product or component.
  • The cost of returning the item for replacement is the responsibility of the buyer.

Package Condition

  • Please be aware that we cannot exchange products based on external packaging damage (like scratches or crushing) if the product inside is undamaged.
